Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Exemptions
Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
Items that have been worn or washed.
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the purchase date.
Return Shipping
We understand that our customers appreciate having options, especially when it comes to finding the perfect fit. However, as a small start-up, we kindly ask our valued customers to cover the cost of return shipping. Regrettably, we are unable to provide reimbursement for the delivery or shipping fees associated with returned items.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Package your item securely, including a copy of the packing slip and the RA number.
• Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned Product(s), as processing times may vary.
